1. Panic! At The Disco — Death of a Bachelor
Panic! At The Disco really kicked it up a notch with Death of a Bachelor. Released back in January, the album is the most impressive songwriting we’ve seen from the band since their inception. Which is odd, really, since vocalist Brendon Urie is the only remaining founding member. Death of a Bachelor is an extravagant mash-up of pop-rock and Sinatra. But as weird as that may seem, Urie’s flawless vocals somehow make it work. It’s a trippy, unique sound, and it’s the best we’ve heard from Panic! in years.
