Blessthefall- To Those Left Behind
Blessthefall are one of those bands I fall in and out of love with; sometimes I’ll hear an album and instantly love it others it is way more of a growing back burner. When To Those Left Behind came out I heard lots about the lack of screaming, and usually this would turn me off an album, because let’s face it Blessthefall are a ‘metal’ band, but I gave it a go. The lack of screaming for me was a massive positive, you can now hear the intrinsic beauty in Beau’s voice and the fast paced theatrics in the guitar work. It’s a great feeling when bands take a worthwhile risk.
