Download 2006
Blast back ten years to Download 2006, where we had Tool, Metallica and Guns n’ Roses as the weekend’s headliners. Once again a solid line-up, packed with variety. It’s crazy to see some of today’s biggest rock bands, like Enter Shikari so far down the bill. We’re used to them headlining the Zippo stage nowadays. Again even back in 06 Download were bringing more than just rock to the festival. With skate and BMX legends appearing at the Snickers bowl for our viewing pleasure. That’s pretty rad, and something we’d like to see return at some point.
