Gene Simmons Says Rock Is Finally Dead. Here’s Why We Disagree.

Gene Simmons believes Rock to be dead. Well, we disagree. Read here to check out which Rock bands we are excited for.

As recently stated in the music news, and whispers have been circulating on the Rock industry in particular, Gene Simmons took to announcing loud and clear himself, that Rock is dead. Although Gene may have made some good points, and we respect the Kiss star immensely, we must say that in support of great British Rock, It is only just getting stronger.

Last year, and this part year especially, has been an exciting year for the Rock music scene. As of last year Rock music was the highest selling genre in the UK music charts. Unfortunately chart music does not always mirror excellent, raw talent. But after this Rock emergence, the past year British Rock bands have taken the music scene by storm. From headlining numerous festivals, and moving onto stadiums and arena’s, Rock bands are literally taking British Rock iconic  venues and giving Rock fans something to believe in once more.

This has been shown recently through the numerous Rock bands who we think are ones to watch out for. Here are 5 bands to have just released their debut albums, and we believe they are going to explode through the next coming year.
