Frank Turner has announced that he has signed a book deal with publishers Headline to publish his touring memoir. The book will be Frank’s writing debut and due for hardback publication in the Spring of 2015. It will charter Turner’s non-stop touring adventures all the way from his memorable Million Dead gig, all the way through to his Wembley Arena headlines his sensational Olympic Ceremony slot.
Frank states in an interview; “It took some persuading for me to think about writing a book of any kind, but in the end I realised I’ve spent a pretty unusual amount of time touring hard in the last few years, and I have a fair few stories to tell, and maybe even a tiny smidgen of wisdom to impart to people starting out on the same path. Plus I come from a family of yarn-spinners, and I can run my mouth, so it makes sense”.
We can’t wait to read the book ourselves, watch this space for more information.
