It’s that time of year again- Vans Warped Tour is getting ready to head out on the road across America once more. The tour, comprising of over 40 dates and 120 bands, kicks off on June 13th in Houston, and to get people pumped up the Warped Tour Compilation 2014 is set for release next Tuesday, showing off the best of what this year’s tour has to offer.

The huge compilation contains two discs. Disc One of the Warped Tour Compilation 2014 introduces us to the line-up with ‘Bones Exposed’ by Of Mice & Men. Breaking out as one of the biggest metalcore bands of the past couple of years, they’re a perfect example of why Vans Warped Tour is a success year after year. Keeping in tone with what Vans Warped Tour is known best for- its plethora of pop-punk- the disc contains tracks such as Mayday Parade’s bold and upbeat ‘Girls’ and the latest single from fun-loving We Are The In Crowd, ‘Manners’. Disc One also makes way for Vans Warped Tour veterans who are welcomed with open arms whenever they return. For example, we hear another classic ska-punk track from Less Than Jake in the form of ‘Do the Math’ and the hard-hitting track ‘Big Cheese’ by Bayside.

However, Vans Warped Tour is also known for introducing many, many new bands and giving them their first tastes of the big stage, and plenty of these bands are also featured on the Warped Tour Compilation 2014. Disc Two boasts tracks such as ‘Losing Teeth’ by Neck Deep, the latest explosion of pop-punk to erupt with critics and fans alike. In addition, the heavy yet catchy ‘Stringray Affliction’ by one of post-hardcore’s latest success stories, Issues, and up-and-comers Ghost Town’s vocally exceptional ‘I’m Weird’. Still, the disc still doesn’t forget its roots and opens with ‘Restart’ by one of Vans Warped Tour’s old favourites, Chunk! No, Captain Chunk!.

Warped Tour Compilation 2014 has a whole bunch of awesome tracks that are perfect to get the people who are going to the tour excited, the people who can’t go insanely jealous and the people who haven’t made their minds up yet sure to grab their tickets before the last track has even played out!

The compilation also features tracks from Parkway Drive, The Word Alive, Falling in Reverse, Real Friends, Crown the Empire, Marmozets, The Summer Set, The Maine, SECRETS, State Champs, Anberlin, Dangerkids, Beartooth and many, many more!
