Room 94 have previously supported Lawson and District3, and now they’re on the road again with another boy band, this time it’s Union J.
They started their set with ‘Superstar’ and immediately got a great reaction from the crowd. They followed on with ‘The Morning After’ before treating fans to a new song ‘Kiss Me Like You Mean It’. The track will be featured on their upcoming debut album ‘No Strings Attached’ which is out on March 10th.
The lads are very likeable and had great interaction with the crowd throughout. They perhaps jump around on stage a bit too much, but you can tell they were having fun and so was the crowd. They ended their set with the popular track ‘Chasing The Summer’ with many sad that their performance was over already.
Apart from the one new song ‘Kiss Me Like You Mean It’, it was interestingly the same set list, in the same order as when they supported Lawson earlier this year. While I’m sure that didn’t bother many people, it perhaps would have been nice to have seen them switch it up a bit.
Room 94 are heading out on their own headlining tour next year, and after the reaction they got on Sunday, as well as the strong base of fans they have behind them, I’m sure it will be a success.
