Fearless Vampire Killers have the hard job tonight of following Drama Club, who got the crowd excited and moving with very little encouragement. They do well though, their pre-recorded entrance soundtrack alone gets the crowd clapping before the band reach the stage kicking things off with their breakthrough single ‘Bow Ties On Dead Guys‘.
‘Maeby‘ is one of the bands new songs and, despite the crowd not knowing it or being as into as they are with other tracks, it really shows off their musicianship with great harmonies; and Drew Woolnough sets aside his bass for a moment to show his skill on the keyboard. Harmonies and multi-vocal tracks are a big part of FVK on record and the fact that they can pull this off live says a lot for them.

Vocalist Laurence Beveridge is keen to get everyone singing along to the other new single ‘Neon In The Dance Halls‘ just repeating the title line back to him.
Tonight Fearless Vampire Killers have proved they deserve a spot alongside a band with as big of a reputation as Black Veil Brides.
