Minnesota’s finest Motion City Soundtrack will be releasing their sixth full length album Panic Stations this September. To get you ready the band have unveiled the new video for the first track to be taken from the record –‘Lose Control’. The video features frontman Justin Pierre getting in touch with his supernatural side and gaining the ability/curse of killing everything he touches.
The video’s director, Dan Huiting, had this to say about the concept for the promo –
“When I first heard ‘Lose Control’ I thought of a superhero origin story, where a person learns they have superpowers. Only for Justin he learns he can kill things he touches. We also thought it would be cool to incorporate a woman he meets who can reverse all the things he has killed … It was really nice to collaborate with Justin on this, who has a really good sensibility about filmmaking in general”
