Some things are always true in life. The sun will always rise, puppies will always be cute, and Machine Head will always slay! Good news readers! This Friday (3rd June) the Bay Area metal legends will be dropping a brand new slice of metal perfection.
The track goes by the title ‘Is There Anybody Out There’ and tackles issues close to frontman Rob Flynn’s heart.
The lead man had this to say:
“The song is about love, loneliness, racism, and not getting what is going on in the world/America. It’s very much about current events, but applies to a bigger picture.”
I’m sure we all remember Flynn calling out Phil Anselmo earlier this year on racism so it is awesome to see him standing by his beliefs.
The track will be available to download from all digital platforms from this Friday. So mark your calendars and get pumped!
