Asking Alexandria frontman and long-time heavy-metal-brigade-botherer Danny Worsnop has announced not just that he will be releasing his debut solo album The Long Road Home through UK independent label Earache Records on February 17th, but that he will also be coming home to the UK for a few shows.

Danny will be at The Lexington in ol’ London town on Tuesday February 14th, which you can buy tickets to here. He will also be playing a couple of intimate performance at record stores shortly before the album’s launch, at Crash Records in Leeds on February 12th and Banquet Records in Kingston-upon-Thames on February 15th.  More details are to follow about those shows.

About the album, Danny said: “With the help of some incredible and very talented people, I am pleased to announce that in 2017 I will be releasing my first album as a solo artist. It has been an emotional roller-coaster creating these songs, but the end result has left me humbled, proud, and more excited about a project than I ever have been in my life”.

The Long Road Home features Danny’s first single ‘Mexico‘ which is already at number 10 on the iTunes Hot Songs list and can be seen here.
