So last week Japanese rockstars Coldrain put out the new music video for ‘The Story‘. You can watch the video, of them playing at Zepp in Tokyo, below. We loved the video so much we thought we’d give you a list of some of the best bits of it!

1. The size of the venue

They may have only been the opening support to Bullet For My Valentine over here, but in their native country, Coldrain are big. Just look at all those people!

2. Fire!

Everyone loves fire at gigs. It’s just cool, ok? And the fact it syncs up with the line ‘run from the fire’ makes it even cooler in the video.

3. The bassist’s shirt

Proof that literally everyone likes Motorhead.

4. The guitar solo

Normally in music videos with a solo, you either get black & white, or slow-mo. But this one has both!

5. The end

It’s so great that they’ve left the clip of the crowd and band going mental at the end in. It’s proof that no matter who you are, where you’re from, or what you listen to, if the right music hits you there’s nothing else in the world that can make you feel that way.

Coldrain’s latest album Vena is out now!
