5 Reasons Frank Carter Deserves His New Tour

We recently learned that Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes are embarking on yet another UK tour in March. Here are a few reasons why he deserves it;

frankcartertickets_778x436Very recently, we heard news that Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes are going on tour again in March, not long after their run of sold-out shows this very month. This got us excited. Very excited. Here’s why:

  1. He’s got the songs

It has been a very long time since we saw a room go off like The Electric Ballroom did when Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes dropped ‘Juggernaut‘. Songs like ‘I Hate You‘ and ‘Devil Inside Me‘, as well as the incredibly moving clean version of ‘Beautiful Death‘ he is now doing, aren’t songs that can be confined by venues even the size of those he is playing now, they could fill arenas

  1. He’s got the drive

Anyone who saw The Rattlesnakes on their most recent tour can attest to the fact that Frank Carter is a man who is very, very keen about what he does. He’s humble and grateful that people are on board with him (more on that later) but he is working so hard to bring punk rock back to the people, and we can’t think of a man better equipped to do so.

  1. He’s got the ability

Punk rock is not always the most difficult music to play, but considering the energy that Frank and The Rattlesnakes put into their performance it’s a wonder he can sing as well as he can, and still scream like an absolute demon when he wants to.

  1. He’s got the integrity

As we mentioned in our live report, Frank Carter has now mellowed into a man part-punk, part-rockstar, and it’s this that means he is still aggro, but about the right things. If any musician tells the girls in the audience to crowdsurf and threatens to personally behead any man who touches any of them inappropriately, we are 100% behind them.

  1. He’s got the potential

The crazy thing about Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes is that we feel like they haven’t even hit their stride yet. The songs off the new album Modern Ruin that are being played sound incredible, and it’s when a band make amazing music that still doesn’t sound like it’s their full swing, that you know that band are destined for great things.
