Dead! have just released a new single called ‘Up For Ran$om’ and have kicked off their 20 day UK tour to celebrate.

Vocalist Alex Mountford commented on the new track, explaining: “I was walking back from a 24 hour garage one night and got the hook in my head. The song is not about me, it’s about a character and a story. People should derive their own meaning from what they hear. But don’t be held for ransom…Make your own choices and don’t be swayed easily”.

The track was premiered by Annie Mac on Radio 1 a few days ago and is the fourth single the soho punks have released since signing to Infectious Music. In April this year they released ‘Enough Enough Enough’ and 2016 saw the release of ‘You’re So Cheap’ and ‘Something More Original’

As of yet there’s been no mention of a debut full-length from the band, but who knows what’s to come!
