It’s crazy how it’s already been a week since we last compiled one of these. So, as this week now comes to a close, we’re presenting you with our latest list of new tracks you need to check out.
Rob Lynch – ‘Prove It’
There’s a certain quality to Rob Lynch that always makes us think every song would be so fitting for a drunken sing along, surrounded by all our mates. With new album Baby, I’m A Runaway scheduled for a July 22nd release, Rob has released an arm wrestling themed music video for ‘Prove It!’

Puppy – ‘My Tree’
Unfortunately there are no actual puppies involved in this video by Puppy, but instead you can watch three dudes battle it out and see who can eat the most cheeseburgers. Surely, that’s the next best thing?
Against The Current – ‘Wasteland‘
Against The Current‘s recently released a new video for ‘Wasteland’, which in our opinion has a very Twilight vibe. The track is taken off the band’s debut album In Our Bones, which is out now. Be sure to check them out when they hit the UK again this September.
Tarja – ‘Innocence‘
Finnish singer songwriter Tarja (of Nightwish fame) has a new solo album coming out 5th August titled The Shadow Self. Taken of the forthcoming release is ‘Innocence’, a beautiful marriage of heavy rock and classical.
Area 11 – ‘The Contract’
Area 11‘s new track makes us very excited. If you’re excited too, then it’s probably a good thing that they’re heading out on a headline run later this month. This tour will be in support of the band’s recently released album Modern Synthesis, and will include Milestones as support.
