Following the success of Record Store Day, there is to be a new day to celebrate another musical format of old. The first Cassette Store Day is to be held on September 7th 2013, with some special announcements to be made prior to the day!
First off the mark is The Story So Far, who will be producing a limited edition cassette; ‘What You Don’t See’. The cassette will only have 250 copies produced, all hand numbered, but will also be available to download for anyone that misses out.
Joining The Story So Far, we expect releases from bands such as At The Drive-In, Fucked Up, The Flaming Lips, Efterklang and many more!
‘What You Don’t See’ will be in record stores across the UK on September 7th, and and available to download on September 14th, through Beach Community/Pure Noise Records.
