Tipped by HMV as one of their bands to watch in 2014 with Vevo picking them as one of their DSCVR bands, this year looks like to be a big stepping stone for the lads in Natives.

With their debut album Indoor War going down like a house on fire, they have a brand new single out called ‘Ghost’ and the quintet have gone ahead and released a video for this track ahead of its release on May 22nd. Check out the brand new video below!

Talking about the track, guitarist Jack Fairbrother said, “Ghost was one of the first tracks we wrote for the album,” he then added “we wanted a chorus which sonically sounded as euphoric as the lyrics, which are about that free feeling when you finally let go of the ghost of mistakes you’ve made in the past. Musically, we took some influence from 80’s rock bands with big open chords in the verses, we were listening to a lot of The Police at the time and I think that shines through in the guitars.”
