As you may or may not be aware, Thursday marked the first annual ‘Kurt Cobain Day’ (the 20th February was his birthday). To celebrate his success and commemorate the artist, Hildamay have covered famous track ‘Rape me’. Nirvana initially intended the song to act as a notion of protest against rape crime.
Hildamay‘s unplugged cover is emotive and sentimental, complimenting the original Nirvana musicianship but the band still manage to stamp their own mark upon the song. Check out the cover below-
