Canterbury have announced the next single from their critically acclaimed second album ‘Heavy In The Day’ as the huge sounding ‘Something Better’.
“The track is a straight up rock song for us” says vocalist Mike Sparks. “Lyrically, ‘Something Better’ sums up alot of what the whole album is talking about, it almost gets the past completely off our chests so we are totally ready for the future. The song asks the questions, ‘is there always something better?’ which is a classic human feeling, like when we ask ourselves ‘is the grass always greener’?”
The single will be available to buy digitally from all online sites from 24th September. Due to unprecedented demand, the album ‘Heavy In The Day’ will be available in HMV and all good record stores including Amazon and Play.com now.
