Brighton’s first outdoor rock and metal festival, Breakout Festival, has announced new bands to their line-up find out who they are here!

Brighton’s first outdoor rock and metal festival, Breakout Festival,  is set to launch on September 27th 2014 at the Brighton Racecourse, and they’ve just announced their second wave of bands.

Already announced in the first wave were Welsh rock bands Funeral For a Friend and The Blackout, but also Silent Screams, Betraying The Martyrs and The Qemists.

Now, the Welsh contingent continues to grow with the always incredible Skindred, who recently rocked the Download mainstage to it’s knees. Also joining them on the line-up is York post-hardcore set up Glamour of the Kill, who released one of the albums of 2013 and are set to show Knebworth what they’re made of once again. Other bands announced are InMe, Save Your Breath, Despite My Deepest Fear and IDIOM.

Craig Jennings, CEO of Raw Power Management “Breakout is a fantastic new festival giving up-and-coming acts the opportunity to perform alongside established artists like those on our Raw Power roster. It’s set to be a great festival and I am looking forward to hearing some rock crash against the Brightonian shores!

Gavin Butler of The Blackout added “We can’t wait to play Breakout Festival, Brighton is always a great show!”

Breakout Festival’s line-up is looking mightly impressive already, and with more bands yet to be announced you can just wonder how big this festival is going to get.
