London based rock group Amaryllis are gearing up for the release of their new EP ‘Revolt’ on May 12th 2014, and to support the release the band are to embark on a number of UK tour dates to help promote it.
The quintet gained a large number of followers last year when they released their self titled EP completely free of charge. Since the release the EP has had over 10,000 downloads and has been played over 25,000 times. This has helped give Amaryllis a massive fan base in the UK unsigned live scene.
Having recently toured with the likes of Elliot Minor, on their ‘One More Time‘ tour they’re not shy of the live scene, and are set to embark on a co-headline tour with the fantastic Ugly Love. The band have been compared to the likes of Sleeping With Sirens and Pierce the Veil, so fans of those bands should certainly check them out.
