Britney Spears may have confirmed her residency in Las Vegas after ‘tweeting’ her dog. The conversation goes as follows:
Hannah Spears (Dog) : “Mommy, are dogs allowed to gamble in vegas? Gonna cash all my bones in for chips”.
Britney Spears: “I don’t think so honey #VivaLasVegas :)”
Britney’s had a lot of bad luck over the past month or so, confirming she won’t be returning for a second season as a judge on the US version of The X Factor, and splitting up from her fiancé Jason Trawick, who also served as her agent since they’ve been dating in 2009. Ouch.
However, not everything seems gloomy. According to the gossip website TMZ, Britney is aiming to turn things around financially. A source told TMZ: “The deal is a go. There are several stipulations that could throw a monkey wrench in the deal, but it’s basically done.” The issue at hand though is said to be whether she will just be performing on stage at a major venue several nights a week. She may also be asked to make appearances at functions, nightclubs and pool day clubs instead, and not glamorous stadium appearances that she’s been doing since her rise to fame in the world of pop. So does this mark the end of Britney Spears’ fame? Looks like only time will tell.
