Sun Circus first burst onto the scene with the delightfully catchy ‘Got That Feeling’ towards the back end of last year. Continuing on that early promise, the four piece are back with a slightly harder hitting second single. It’s with great pleasure then that we give you the premier of the band’s new video for the track ‘We Went To War’.
Taking its stylistic cue from The Black Keys, ‘We Went To War’ is a stomper that takes in much of what has made the southern rockers such a big hit of late. It’s definitely got a little swagger, but also retains a brightness that marks it apart from the American sound and keeps it that little bit more distinctly British.
The single is out on March 11th, but give the video a watch below and let us know your thoughts in the comments.
