Little Comets are to release the follow up to December’s ‘Worry’ EP with new single ‘Jennifer’ which is out June 11th on Dirty Hit Records. With trademark weaving over afro-beat rythms, the single promises to be the soundtrack to a long (if not hot) summer of bbq’s, beach parties and whatever else you may get up to this summer. You can hear the song below.
In July the band are due to play in Hyde Park as part of a series of concerts to celebrate the Olympic Games. Joining them on the bill on July 26th are Dizzy Rascal, You Me At Six and Friendly Fires. They are also due to headline the north east leg of the torch relay.
The band are going on a huge UK tour in October. Starting in Manchester on October 16th they will then visit Edinburgh, Newcastle and Birmingham before stopping off in Bristol and finishing with their largest headline show to date at Koko in London. Full tour dates are below.
