Laura Marling has covered Bruce Springsteen’s hit single, ‘Dancing In The Dark’ for The Lab magazine. Her rendition of the classic 1984 track was done acoustically with fellow singer-songwriter Eddie Berman.
The cover comes in high anticipation prior Marling’s forthcoming new album ‘Once I Was An Eagle’, which is set for release on May 27th. ‘Once I Was An Eagle’, is follow-up to 2011’s ‘A Creature I Don’t Know’, with the first four tracks being debuted through a short film, entitled ‘When Brave Bird Saved’.
Film directors Fred & Nick commented: “‘When Brave Bird Saved’ is an introduction to a visual journey directly inspired, informed, and narrated by the first four tracks of ‘Once I Was An Eagle’.
