Handsome indie pop darlings The Drums have finished work on their third record. The Drums have released two albums as-so-far; the first was self-titled and reached the dizzy heights of #16 in the UK Album Charts but, alas, their second ‘Portamento’, released in 2011, failed to make the top 40 in the UK, presumably because everybody was too busy buying Adele’s ‘21’ or Coldplay’s ‘Mylo Xyloto’ (more fool them).
Anyways, The Drums have posted on their Facebook page that they have completed the recording of their third record which is fantastic news in my book; no word on what the title is yet… something to look forward to though eh?
