Audio footage has leaked of Kanye West at Saturday Night Live, where he performed two songs last weekend. And thankfully for us, it’s not footage of him playing an unrehearsed batch of songs from his latest album.
The footage apparently features Kanye berating SNL NL staff members after they dismantled his stage because it was reflecting the stage lights and causing problems for the cameras. “Look at the shit, they took my fucking stage off SNL without asking me,” Kanye rants before threatening to pull the plug on the performance altogether. During the clip, he also calls Taylor Swift a “fake ass” and claims to be more influential than the likes of Pablo Picasso, Stanley Kubrick and Paul The Apostle “By 50 percent dead or alive”.
