Camden Rock Festival is set to return for its fifth year running on Saturday 4th June, bringing with it a whole host of incredible rock bands from up and down the country.
This year, metal’eds from just down the road in Watford, SikTh, have been announced as headliners for the festival after supporting the mighty Slipknot on their latest tour of the UK. Frontman Mikee Goodman says that “Camden Rocks is an awesome festival to be part of. I played it in another band last year and thought the day had a great buzz. Really looking forward to playing it to SikTh fans in an intimate London venue!”
Joining them on the line-up are Young Guns, We Are The Ocean, InMe, Ginger Wildheart, Norma Jean, Evil Scarecrow, Black Foxxes, The Quemists, Queen Kwong amongst many others.
Organiser of the festival, Chris McCormack says; “It’s great to see punters and bands from all genres come together to celebrate the best of live music. The energy across the day is electric and does Camden’s rock n roll heritage proud.” With almost every venue on the Camden stretch included in Camden Rocks, it’s essential for a pub crawl to be incorporated into the festival – making for a messy, but unforgettable day. For only £35 and over 200 bands on offer, it’s an opportunity too good to miss. Full details can be found here.
