UK festival season is about to kick off in the next month, and for many the first stop on a hectic summer time party schedule is Slam Dunk Festival. Slam Dunk has been a thriving success for years now and has exceeded the expectations of many each year it returns. Slam Dunk 2016 marks the festivals 10th Anniversary and has accumulated quite the lineup. Let’s take a scan through and talk about the bands we’re most excited to party with this summer. The Qemists
A name that has fluttered around the alternative scene for a lot of years now, The Qemists are to make their appearance at Slam Dunk festival this year on the UPROAR stage. Following the release of their 2016 album Warrior Sound, expect a practically plutonic amount of face destroying drum and bass/rock fusion. Just be ready to let loose, party hard and go wild with the Q.
MOSH TOP TIP 1: If you’re really smashed; the crowds don’t seem half as daunting.
