You know how one of these posts work – it’s been one hell of a busy week for music. Bands have been releasing away, and we’ve compiled a short list of all the note-worthy music videos we think definitely should be on your radar this week. Check out who we’ve been jamming to below.
Casey – Phosphenes
Following the release of ‘Fluorescents’, Casey have unveiled a second track from their upcoming album Where I Go When I Am Sleeping. Their new track ‘Phospenes’ is connected to their previous single in that it “[paints] a picture of the fragility of existence as told through vocalist Tom Weaver’s own personal experience.”
Palm Reader – Swarm
Palm Reader‘s latest single ‘Swarm’ is taken off of their third studio album Braille, scheduled for release on 6th April. The five-piece recently premiered the track on the Radio 1 Rock Show with Daniel P. Carter, and now there’s a fantastic music video to go along with it.
Fozzy – Painless
They’re currently on tour with Steel Panther but there’s no stopping Fozzy from dropping a brand new video. The band have released ‘Painless’, the new single to be lifted from their latest album Judas. Of it, vocalist Chris Jericho shares: “In essence, it’s a sequel to the ‘Judas’ video and continues the story of the two different dimensions converging. Plus it’s got blazing fires, hot chicks AND a pillow fight…what more could you ask for in a rock video? Check it out NOW!”
Milestones – Paranoid
Milestones have just announced that they will be releasing their debut album Red Lights on 23rd February (exciting times!) To familiarise yourself a little more with what you can expect from the band’s first full-length, here’s the first single to be taken from it ‘Paranoid’.
I Fight Bears – Envision
Welsh metal quintet I Fight Bears have just put out the video for their track ‘Envision’, a nice little teaser of their upcoming self-titled debut album. The band self-recorded a large chunk of their upcoming record but also worked together with Micheal Paget (Bullet For My Valentine). Check out the video for ‘Envision’ below for more on what you can expect.
The One Hundred – Chaos + Bliss
Following a UK run as main support to Hollywood Undead, The One Hundred have revealed the video to the title track of their upcoming release Chaos + Bliss. As its title suggests, the video gets a little chaotic, and well, bizarre.
