Lana wore a colourful mini dress during her performance this year. The tie dye style striped dress had a vintage look and was printed with bright, bold colours. Lana looked really summery and beautiful as she took to the stage, styling down the busy dress with minimal accessories, including the giant hoop earrings, and gold ballet style pumps.
