Originally a rite of passage for Beavers, Cubs, and Scouts (yep, I was part of the 17th Ramsgate chapter), this has occasionally been adopted over the years at festival crowds. Curiously enough, I have only ever seen this yelled after a small crowd of fun loving party goers have just downed a load of alcohol, or just consumed a gargantuan amount of pills.
This chant can often be heard at many electronic festivals all over the world, even in a dingy chain-owned pub where all the rejects from TOWIE like to yell and dance to some turgid Europop b-sides from the 90s.
