Following their split earlier this month, Fearless Vampire Killers have broken their silence and announced that they will be marking the end of their eight years as a band with a final show at London’s Underworld on 30th October, 2016.  This will be fans last opportunity to see Fearless Vampire Killers perform alongside co-frontman Kier Kemp.

Fearless Vampire Killer’s made the collective decision to call it a day following the departure of co-frontman Kier Kemp in early July, cancelling all remaining tour dates for the rest of the year including Reading and Leeds Festivals.

The band released a statement to accompany the news of their London farewell gig. They said: “It’s always difficult knowing how to close the book on something that was so important. Despite various emotions involved, we all agreed that we wanted to do the best by our fans and a fitting farewell was what was needed. So we’ll be doing this one show – with Kier too – at the Underworld in Camden.

“We can’t think of a better place than this as it’s been home to so many great shows for us! Expect an emotional and hopefully fun night all round complimented by the brilliant supports, all chosen by us from bands that have played a big part in our story. See you there!”

Support will come from touring buddies Zoax and Ashestoangels, to commemorate different chapters in Fearless Vampire Killers history.

Tickets are available for members of the Obsidian Bond, the bands social network, to pre-order now. General sale starts at 9am on Friday, 29th July here.
