Best Enemies entered our lives with their debut EP Stay Young, Trust Me back in 2014 and since then the band have been honing their sound and playing shows wherever they can. They’ve shared stages alongside bands such as Yearbook, Bellevue Days and Miss Vincent growing their fanbase through their love and passion of the music that they make.
The four piece are following on from their last single with ‘Sorry State’ which focuses largely on the struggles which they face as young men trying to follow their dream in the music work whilst still having to work in a dead end job in order to support themselves. A sentiment that a lot of musicians and people following their dreams can relate to.
‘Sorry State’ is full of catchy hooks, a massive melody and enough positivity to keep you on a high all week. The band are playing two shows over the next month alongside some bands they’ve previously shared stages with. You can catch them here:
24th Feb – LONDON, New Cross Inn w/ Bellevue Days
04th March – KINGSTON, Fighting Cocks w/ High rise and Brightlight City”
