New York rapper Vado is officially of a member of DJ Khaled‘s “We The Best” label. So “Look Me In My Eyes” is Vado‘s first effort on a new path in his career. The track features a big push from Rick Ross and French Montana, which will hopefully get a few more eyes on it. Vado came up with Cam’ron‘s Dipset, and generated a huge buzz with his “Slime Flu” mixtape series. “Look Me In My Eyes” features twinkly piano’s over head nodding drum slaps. The verses are tight and quotable and everyone manages to put in a good performance. There’s a feeling that everyone involved wants Vado to win.
