This weeks Throwback Thursday takes up back to 14th November 2003 with G.Unit’s biggest hit ‘Poppin’ Them Thangs’. The single was produced by Dr Dre and reached number 6 in the US Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs Billboard Chart. The single was from the groups debut album ‘Beg For Mercy’. The album featured Lloyd Bank, Young Buck and Tony Yayo however Yayo at this time was sentenced to prison for gun possession so only featured on two two tracks, ‘I Smell Pussy’ and ‘Groupie Love’.
