Jay-Z’s obsession with Easter continues. This time he used his #newrules campaign to reveal the lyrics to first (kinda) single “Holy Grail” featuring Justin Timberlake. Once again sending rabid fans on a galavant the lyrics reveal classic Jay-Z and the much discussed Kurt Cobain lyrics which Cobain’s baby mum Courtney Love gave him permission to use. Don’t believe us? You calling us a liar? Well here’s the lyrics for your eyes.
For those interested in been given the run around, Jay-Z has an app available for download which previews his upcoming album as well as exclusive content. Here’s a video of a probably pretty nice but boring guy talking about the app and giving us a little preview of how it’s used. Downloading the app on a Samsung Galaxy mobile phone will also allow you to download Jay-Z‘s new album 3 days before it’s official release date. For those of you who have an iPhone you’ll have to wait till the 7th for the album to be release. However take solace in the fact that we have Angry birds. Wait…what?
