A 31-year old man claiming to be dead hip-hop legend Tupac Shakur smashed 14 police cars with a hammer wearing only boots and his underwear. The incident occurred in Chinatown of Pennsylvania city at 5:15 am. An officer reported:
“We heard the sound of breaking glass…We went out to investigate to see what was going on and I observed a male in his boxers with a hammer in his hand. By the time we had got to the corner, he had already broken multiple windows and he had been apprehended by one of our other officers.”
The man was reported to be severely mentally ill or under the influence of drugs and is under the examination of psychologists.
