“I’m incredibly honoured and humbled to accept this award. I am very proud to stand alongside the industry’s leaders, women who through sheer passion, dedication and talent are helping to make the British music industry the global success story that it is. None of this would be possible for me without my fantastic team, or our funders who have supported Urban Development and helped us grow. Thank you all for your commitment to a shared passion and vision of making a difference to the lives of this country’s young, underprivileged talent.” – Pamela McCormick, Urban Development Founder and Director.
