It’s out on February 17th, it’s called ‘Future, Past and Present‘ and it’s got an ace video to go with it (see: below). What does, you ask? Empire‘s new single of course!
Frontman and vocalist Joe Green said of the song and its meaning:
“With each song we release we like to let different ideas flow through and with ‘Future, Past and Present’ we like the journey it takes. The song is all about becoming a person you didn’t want to be and having to change something immediately to put things back on course. It’s the epiphany moment of realisation that you have, a moment of clarity, when you look around at people you don’t think are doing the right thing and actually, you are not so different from them after all.”
The five piece rock outfit from the South West have also announced a small run of headline gigs to run alongside this exciting release. This tour follows on from their successful support tour with Arcane Roots late last year. Check out the dates and the single’s video below:
