Hot on the heels of some amazing shows around the country with Billy Talent and an appearance at the first UK Warped date in 13 years, AWOLNATION have announced their very own tour for February 2013. The band will play shows up and down the country, with their biggest ever UK headline show taking place on 15th February at Heaven in London.
Since the release of their debut album ‘Megalithic Symphony’, the band have been touring constantly. The album has sold over a quarter of a million copies in the US and their videos have had an incredible 80 million+ views on YouTube.
It seems their touring schedule will not be slowing down any time soon. The band plan to round off their extremely successful year with a show in Goa on the 29th December. After a quick break they will start a European tour mid-January in Finland, which takes them up to these UK shows.
To coincide with their UK tour, AWOLNATION announce the release of new single ‘Kill Your Heroes’ on 25th February 2013. This is now the band’s third track to go top 10 in US alternative radio. They join a very elite crew of artists who have achieved this feat, those being Mumford & Sons, Cage The Elephant, The Killers and Foster The People.
