Shakira has confirmed that she is pregnant with her second child.
She announced the news to the Mexican Cosmopolitan magazine that she is expecting her second baby with partner Gerard Pique. The couple are already parents to 19 month-old son Milan.
Recently speaking about her relationship with Pique, she said “Seeing me in love is a constant state, there are no questions as the answer is simply there.”
Rumours that the Columbian singer was in fact pregnant began last month when she performed at the World Cup closing ceremony, where she was seen with what some people speculated as a small baby bump. “Yes, I’m pregnant,” Shakira told the magazine.
