For months rumours regarding Rihanna being the new face of Chanel have dominated the fashion world, and despite both parties denying them time and time again, the evidence still remains strong. It was only a few days ago when RiRi took to Instagram posting a selfie spree in Coco Chanel’s apartment in Paris – adding to the speculation that the she’s going to collaborate with the high-end fashion brand.
One of the snaps saw the ‘Diamonds’ singer dressed in white tennis attire, laying down in a white chair holding a cigarette. In another the 25 year old was cheekily smoking whilst holding a sign which read ‘no smoking here’ – rebellious!
If these rumours are said to be true, we’re wondering whether musician pal Justin Bieber is envious of Ri’s new fashion venture. It was just the other month, when Biebs posted a photo of himself modelling a designer ‘Channel’ balaclava – needless to say we can’t imagine him as Chanel’s official spokesperson any time soon.
