Just when you thought Rebecca Black was a one hit wonder BAM! She’s back! Rebecca Black certainly isn’t going to rest on her laurels after the online storm she’s caused with her debut single ‘Friday’, she’s now making a full album. Rebecca’s new single will be called ‘LOL’ and from the title you can only image what it might sound like. She’s recording the single and album at the Flying Pig Productions studio in Los Angeles, although she’s working without a record deal. Despite all the hate and Internet drama surrounding Rebecca she stood up for herself whilst talking to The Sun newspaper saying ‘I like the fact I am singing like a 13-year-old girl, not trying to be anything else’ and also adding ‘I would consider some (songs on the album) teenage love songs but I want to keep it appropriate and clean’. Rebecca Black also had something to say to the haters adding ‘People were saying, ‘You’re the worst singer, this is the worst song’, ‘They criticised my voice and the lyrics. But I call them negative Nancies’. ‘They can try to rain on my parade but as far as I’m concerned they are raining on their own parade’. More power to you Rebecca!
