P!nk has bagged Billboard‘s Woman of the Year honour.
The US star will be paid tribute to at the 2013 Billboard Women in Music event, which is taking place in New York on December 10.
The prize honours P!nk‘s “overall success in the music business and her leadership in embracing the changing industry“.
Speaking about the news, she said: “I was absolutely shocked and surprised to hear that Billboard named me Woman of the Year. It’s been an incredible year and I feel so grateful to radio for sticking by me, and to the fans and friends and all of the incredible talent that I was fortunate enough to work with for this album.”
P!nk released her latest album ‘The Truth About Love’ in September last year and it hit No.1 in the US.
