Grammy Award winner Ne-Yo has sued his ex-manager for eight million dollars over loan claims.
The R&B singer-songwriter is taking Kevin Foster to court in Manhattan claiming he moved some of Ne-Yo’s money without his permission.
Court papers also allege that Foster faked Ne-Yo’s name on loan documents and invested his money in a water company that was on the edge of bankruptcy.
Since 2005, Foster had been handling Ne-Yo’s finances.
Ne-Yo is a really successful singer and song writer and has written for huge acts such as Beyonce and has sold millions of records all over the world.
‘Non Fiction‘ is the title of his upcoming album set for a release in September this year.
