Miley Cyrus has starred in a new advert for this years Video Music Awards – without a twerk in sight! The ‘We Can’t Stop‘ singer struts through the New York subway with her crew in tow to promote her appearance at this years VMA’s, hosted live from Brooklyn, New York. The 30-second advert features a reggae cover of ‘We Can’t Stop’ before switching to the more fitting Beastie Boys track ‘No Sleep Till Brooklyn‘. Miley is up for ‘Best Pop Video’ this time around, against Bruno Mars, Justin Timberlake, Fun and Selena Gomez. The star-studded ceremony is set to take place on August 25th at Brooklyn’s Barclays Centre. Watch the advert below and let us know what you think!
