He tweeted,“Here is the #BELIEVEalbumCover standard version…”
Standard version? But after keeping the Belieber’s waiting surely he’ll want to make them feel a little special?

And at the click of a photoshop effect button we have the Deluxe version (below). Phew, glad he has that covered!
“Expect the unexpected” eh? Well an earlier revelation of the Biebs collaborating with Kanye West is all we can take from his cryptic message!
