Justin Bieber has been charged for spray painting a wall in Brazil.
Police officials have confirmed that charges were made against the singer, whilst he’s in Brazil touring and promoting. The police are calling it a “minor offence”, however in some cases defacing public property can result in a one-year prison sentence or a fine.
The ‘Girlfriend‘ singer claimed he had permission to spray the walls, however it is claimed that he left the green-lighted spot to seek refuge from fans. Pictures have since emerged showing his graffiti being painted over.
