After winning the X Factor last weekend James Arthur has already showed his mighty power and broke the record for the highest selling X Factor single ever.
His cover of Shontelle‘s ‘Impossible’ had been downloaded 187,000 times by midnight on Monday beating the previous record, Alexandra Burke’s ‘Hallelujah’, which managed 147,000.
Arthur tweeted: “Wow just seen the figures for the single sales and it’s blowing my mind! Thank you all for buying it on iTunes.”. The physical CD version of the song is out now!
